This agreement is considered valid and effective as soon as you agree to it and begin registering with Umberella in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
Article 1 – Introduction and Definitions
The above introduction is an integral part of this agreement. Below are the meanings and definitions of the main terms used in this agreement:
(Store) This definition includes all forms of stores on the Internet, whether they are electronic applications, websites, or commercial stores.
(Consumer) A person who engages in e-commerce with the desire to obtain the products or services provided by Umberella through its electronic platform.
(Agreement) This term refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
Article 2: Nature of Commitment
The commitment of Umberella Store to consumers or customers is to provide (the service or product).
Umberella may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (service or product) requested by the consumer.
Article 3: Legal Capacity of the Consumer
The consumer acknowledges that he/she has legal capacity, both legally and statutorily, to deal with Umberella, or that he/she is at least eighteen years of age.
The consumer agrees that in the event of a violation of this article, he/she shall bear the consequences of such violation before third parties.
Article 4: Terms of Use
The consumer is obligated to use Umberella Store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
When purchasing a service or product from Umberella, the consumer undertakes not to use this service or product in violation of public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations
Upon applying for membership in Umberella, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and password to use when accessing the store’s services. By doing so, you agree to:

Article 6 – Electronic Communications
The parties to this agreement agree that communication shall be via the email address registered on Umberella.
The consumer agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided electronically by Umberella Store shall take the place of their written counterparts and shall be self-evident in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
Article 7 – Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees
This agreement, which is amended from time to time as necessary, constitutes the mechanism of work and understanding between the consumer and Umberella Store.
Umberella may impose fees on some consumers depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or on the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
Article 8 – Payment and Settlement Services
Umberella Store provides, through its partners, a payment and settlement system that can be done entirely online through the payment options available on Umberella or through any payment method provided by the store from time to time.
Umberella is committed to providing invoices, receipts, and delivery notes for all amounts and profits generated in its store and to providing the consumer with an invoice for the purchase of a service or product.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of Umberella Store are wholly owned by Umberella, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
The consumer respects the intellectual property rights of Umberella, including the name, logo, and symbols belonging to or displayed on the platform.
Article 10 – Store Responsibility
Umberella Store is committed to conducting its business systematically and in accordance with Saudi regulations.
Umberella, its employees, owners, and representatives ensure that every product or service is legal and authorized in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations.
Article 11 – Restriction of Access or Membership
Umberella Store may suspend or terminate the consumer’s membership or restrict access to its services at any time without notice and for any reason.
Article 12 – Applicable Law
This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and subject entirely to Saudi authorities.
Article 13 – General Provisions
In the event that any clause in this User Agreement becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms, which remain binding until further notice from Umberella management.
Promotional or marketing offers by Umberella Store are temporary and may be modified or suspended at any time.
This User Agreement shall not be terminated except by a decision issued by Umberella Store management.
