Replacement and Return Policy
The customer has the right to replace within 7 days and return within 3 days from the date of delivery
Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and undamaged, and in their original packaging
The customer is responsible for shipping costs in the case of exchanges and returns
Replacement and return mechanism
A shipping policy is issued by the shipping company to return the item to be replaced or returned
The items are delivered to the shipping company
Upon arrival of the items and confirmation of their integrity, the amounts due to the customer or Umbrella, if any, are transferred
Only the value of the returned items will be refunded. Other fees, such as shipping fees, are non-refundable
Shipping cost: According to the shipping company
In case of replacement, the new items will be shipped after the shipping cost and the difference in price, if any, have been transferred
There is no exchange for orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, only the return option is available.
